Anglo-Indian Savonarola Armchair — British India, Late 19th Century
Late 19th-century Anglo-Indian Savonarola armchair crafted in rosewood with bone and mother-of-pearl inlay, originating in British India.
The folding X-frame features a pierced foliate back with opposing peacocks, carved leopard-head arms, and a small upholstered seat cushion. Very Fragile.
