Adrian Pearsall Sectional
Adrian Pearsall mid-century sectional sofa, this rare Pearsall sectional from the 1960s has been recovered in cream Harwood House snug fabric. The included ten pillows were hand-made with fabric by French designer Pierre Frey. The couch's bottom piece is accented in original walnut. The sofa is a masterpiece of customization, blending the French luxury of Frey's sumptuous textile and the subtle plush texture of Hardwood House with a historic silhouette to create a first-in-class covetable piece.
Pearsall was a modernist designer who re-invented American furniture in the 1950s and 60’s. Trained as an architect, he created Craft Associates in Pennsylvania in 1952. He produced iconic pieces that would be featured in some of the most glamorous homes in Hollywood throughout the 20th century.
A member of the Colbert Committee since 1976, Pierre Frey is one of 81 French luxury goods companies that have joined together to promote, in France and internationally, their commitment to combining tradition and modernity, know-how and creative skill, history, and innovation.
Harwood House is a luxury interior fabric collection created by designer Cortney Bishop.
