Founder of the Gilmartin Studio, a highly respected postwar & contemporary artist, woodworker, and furniture maker based in Atlanta, GA, Gilmartin was renown for his distinctively styled sculptural furniture.
His work is in the permanent collection of the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the High Museum of Art, and is exhibited nationally - prized among public & private collections.
