Cushman Colonial Desk and Stool
Maple-crafted desk and stool by H.T. Cushman Manufacturing Company. During the 1930s, the Vermont-based furniture maker introduced a new collection.
The Cushman Colonial Creations, designed by long-time employee Herman DeVries, drew inspiration from the Colonial Revival movement of the late 1800s.
This collection showcased characteristics such as turned wooden legs, solid hardwood construction, and traditional American craftsmanship.
